Corinna Young, LCMHC-A
Navigating life as can be exhilarating and exhausting. I love working with clients to help them to overcome challenges, grow, and most importantly healing. I find joy in being able to provide a safe, warm, and welcoming space for clients to unpack what is weighing them down and to be open to what is ahead. Clients are the experts of their lives and as their therapist I am here to be an extra set of eyes and ears to help reframe and explore different perspectives, thought processes, and behaviors. I take a hybrid approach to the methods I use (i.e. CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered) as each client has tailored needs. If you’re ready to grow, evolve, and heal then I’m here to take the journey with you.
